Locking assemblies

Locking assemblies are designed for the backlash free, frictional joining of components (hubs) on smooth, ungrooved shafts/axles. This frictional connection is effected directly by the locking assembly (intermediate locking system).

One main feature of locking assemblies is their clamping ability by means of integrated screws and their nondestructive disengagement when these screws are loosened / the rings are pressed off. Besides our standard versions, also stainless, nickel plated, inch based, and special variants are available

Criteria of selection:

  • shaft diameter of application
  • max. torque
  • max. bending moment
  • max. axial force
